We’re glad to welcome you! 🥰 Today we’re making delicious homemade date and nut candies! These healthy treats, made from date paste, dried cranberries, roasted nuts, and chia seeds, pair perfectly with sugar-free dark chocolate. Ginger adds a warm aroma, while coconut oil provides texture. Free from added sugar, these candies are a great snack, packed with energy and nutrients. Prepare with love and enjoy them as part of self-care! 🌿✨
For the Candies:
• 190 g (1 cup + ⅓ cup / 6.7 oz) dates
• 80 g (½ cup / 2.82 oz) dried cranberries
• 30 g (¼ cup / 1.06 oz) pistachios
• 50 g (½ cup / 1.76 oz) almonds
• 50 g (½ cup / 1.76 oz) walnuts
• 1 handful salted peanuts
• 2 tbsp water
• 1 small piece of ginger root (grated)
• 1 tbsp chia seeds
• 3 tbsp coconut oil
For the Coating:
• 150 g (1 cup / 5.29 oz) sugar-free dark chocolate
• 1.5 tbsp coconut oil
• Optional: sugar-free white chocolate (stevia-based) for decoration
• Chopped pistachios (for garnish)
Serving and Storage
