Super-simple, healthy, and delicious oat balls/cookies – no sugar, no flour, no oven! Only oats, bananas, and sugar-free dark chocolate
Recipe for cooking and ingredients:
Version 1 – Chocolate-Filled Balls (3 ingredients)
• 2 ripe bananas
• 120 g rolled oats (≈ 1½ cups)
• 40 g sugar-free dark chocolate
Version 2 – Oat Cookies with Cocoa
• 100 g rolled oats (≈ 1 cup)
• Pinch of salt
• 1 tbsp stevia
• 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 50 g butter
• 2 tbsp sour cream
Equipment:
• Microwave on full power
• Parchment or silicone mat
Instructions Version 1 – Chocolate-Filled Balls
1. Mash 2 ripe bananas with a fork.
2. Add 120 g rolled oats and 40 g sugar-free dark chocolate (chopped into pieces).
3. Mix thoroughly.
4. Wet your hands with water and form balls.
5. Place on parchment.
6. Microwave on full power for 7 minutes.
7. Let cool – the balls will firm up and become delicious!
Version 2 – Cocoa Cookies
1. Mix 100 g rolled oats + pinch of salt + 1 tbsp stevia + 2 tbsp cocoa + 1 tsp baking powder.
2. Add 50 g butter and 2 tbsp sour cream.
3. Mix until uniform.
4. Form balls (don’t flatten – they’ll spread into cookies during cooking).
5. Place on parchment.
6. Microwave on full power for 5 minutes.
7. Let cool – you’ll get perfect soft cookies!
Serving & Storage
• Serve warm or cooled – best right after cooking.
• Store in an airtight container up to 5–7 days.
Tips
• For extra sweetness – add stevia or erythritol.
• Sprinkle with sesame or coconut flakes before microwaving.
